Points come from friends, not yourself. Tickets purchased on your own account don't earn points.
Refunds are issued after the event by Tixr, directly to your original payment method.
Refunds match your ticket type. GA points refund a GA ticket; VIP points refund a VIP ticket. The refund covers your ticket only (not other tickets or items in your order).
Top 5 winners are determined per event and awarded after the event.
